Our Training Approach
1. Learn

A Freestyle team member will speak with you to explain our process and answer your questions, as well as learn more about you, your team, and your organization. Then we’ll work together to identify your team’s most important skill, resource, and process gaps. 

2. Recommend

Based on our analysis, we’ll provide you with a proposed training schedule that fits your needs, goals, and budget. If you decide that Freestyle isn’t right for you, no worries. But if you’d like to work with us, we’ll draw up a contract, you’ll sign and return it, and we’ll start preparing.

3. Prepare

Prior to each scheduled training session, we’ll survey each attendee to gain insight on their expectations and areas of interest. Also, to generate enthusiasm and set the foundation for a productive session, we'll create and issue pre-work materials to each participant.  

4. Train

During each session, we’ll combine lecture with small-group activities, real-world scenarios, and interactive exercises, ensuring that participants retain key points. Also, we'll provide various electronic and hard copy checklists, tip sheets, and other reference materials.

5. Win

Done! Now your more efficient, insightful team can put their new skills and practices to use. In the weeks and months following each session, your instructor will be available by phone and email to offer added insight and answer any follow-up questions.
